Nick qualified from Cardiff University in 2005 and has lived and worked in Cornwall ever since.
He is a highly motivated general restorative dentist with over 14 years of experience 12 of which are in private practice.
He enjoys all aspects of restorative dentistry from aesthetic anterior cases to full reconstructive and everyday composite work.
Nick especially enjoys the larger cases such as wear and broken down mouths where occlusion is key, calling on the skills he learnt from his Diploma in Restorative Dentistry and The Dawson Academy.
The Dawson Academy with its emphasis on detailed examinations, history taking, occlusion and healthy jaw joints (TMJ’s), has improved his advanced treatment planning skills immensely and enabled him to treat TMJ Dysfunction patients.
Nick has always loved computers, gadgets and technology. Dentistry is no different. Going forward he is keen to fully embrace digital dentistry from 3D CBCT, Cad-Cam, Digital Impressions using intra-oral 3D scanners, CEREC and maybe one day even 3D Printing restorations.
